KM Construction have associations with many major contractors, undertaking a diverse range of groundworks. These include, installing roads and sewers up to adoption standard, buildings foundations, drainage and external works.

We have constructed numerous car parks and car park improvements from a single space to car parks for major supermarket chains.

Included in our range of groundworks,is extensive scope within the leisure industry. These include new infrastructure works, caravan bases, service installations and more recently the construction of new swimming pools.
